International experience in protecting the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons

Abstract

Substantiation of the need and development of proposals for improving the national regulatory and legal framework in the field of ensuring the rights and freedoms (RF) of internally displaced persons (IDPs), based on in ternational experience. The objectives are to define the forms and directions of the RF of IDPs; to increase the con sistency of the Ukrainian regulatory system of the RF of IDPs and international legal standards; to propose changes to the legal norms in the field of the RF of IDPs. Обґрунтування необхідності й розроблення пропозицій удосконалення національного нормативно-правого поля у сфері забезпечення прав і свобод (ЗПС) внутрішньо переміщених осіб (ВПО) за спирання на міжнародний досвід. Завдання: визначити форми й напрями ЗПС ВПО; збільшити узгодженість української регуляторної системи ЗПС ВПО й міжнародних правових стандартів; запропонувати зміни правових норм у сфері ЗПС ВПО.
