Legislative regulation of the use of semi-finished products in children's nutrition in Ukraine

Abstract

Legislative regulation of the use of semi‑finished products in children's nutrition in Ukraine is examined. The requirements of laws and state standards regarding composition, safety, and quality of food are analyzed, as well as restrictions on the use of technologically processed meat and fish products in educational and recreational institutions. The legislation is aimed at minimizing children's consumption of products with high levels of salt, fats, sugar, and food additives.

Розглянуто законодавче регулювання використання напівфабрикатів у дитячому харчуванні в Україні. Проаналізовано вимоги законів та державних стандартів щодо складу, безпечності та якості продуктів, а також обмеження на використання технологічно оброблених м’ясних і рибних виробів у закладах освіти та оздоровлення. Підкреслено, що законодавство спрямоване на мінімізацію споживання дітьми продуктів із високим вмістом солі, жирів, цукру та харчових добавок.
