Проблеми створення та функціонування вітчизняних промислово-фінансових груп (ПФГ)

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемам та особливостям створення і функціонування промислово-фінансових груп в сучасних умовах господарювання. Охарактеризовано переваги державного регулювання діяльності цих інтеграційних утворень у країнах з розвинутою ринковою економікою. Проаналізовано дискусійні положення Закону України „Про промислово-фінансові групи в Україні”, запропоновано напрямки його удосконалення. This article is devoted to the problems and peculiarities of the establishment and operation of industrial and financial groups in the contemporary economy. The characteristic of the benefits of state regulation of these integrative structures in developed market economies. Discussion analyzes the position of the Law of Ukraine "On the industrial and financial groups in Ukraine", suggested directions for its improvement.
