Abstract
В статье исследована динамика основных статистических данных за 1990-2008 годы, определено общее состояние молочной промышленности, выявлены основные проблемы молочной промышленности и причины их возникновения.
In the article the dynamics of basic statistical data for the years 1990-2008 is investigated, the overall condition of dairy industry is outlined, the main problems of the dairy industry and their causes are identified.
