Abstract

Визначено негативні тенденції в процесі приватизації щодо оцінки орендованого майна та розрахунку орендної плати; запропоновано заходи, які сприятимуть переходу підприємств на орендну форму господарювання. Negative trends identified in the privatization process to evaluate the leased property and the rent calculation, proposed measures that will facilitate the transition of enterprises on the rental form of management.
