Necessity of filtration in liqueur-vodkas production

Abstract

На основі проведеного дослідження було встановлено, що використання природного силіциду дає можливість підвищити прозорість підготовленої води та сортівки; показана перспективність використання для фільтрації на етапах підготовки води та освітлення сортівки при виробництві лікер-горілчаної продукції. Based on the carried study, it was established that the use of natural silicide gives an opportunity to increase the transparency of prepared water and sortivka; it was shown the perspectivity of usage for filtering at the stages of water preparation and sortivka clarification in liqueur-vodkas production.
