Abstract
Подано порівняльну оцінку методик дослідження організаційної культури підприємств. Узагальнено особливості методики ОСАІ, описано результати дослідження за цією методикою організаційної культури окремих підприємств харчової промисловості. Зроблено висновки про перспективи використання методики ОСАІ у вітчизняних умовах.
The paper covers the result of the compare investigation of methods of diagnose organizational culture of enterprises. The paper generalizes the peculiarities of the ОСАІ method. The paper covers the result of the investigation of organizational culture of some food industry enterprises. It also dwells upon perspectives of use of the ОСАІ method.
