Abstract

In the article a value and consequences of personnel of the enterprise restructuring are described in the article. The theoretical ground related to the strategic approach to the socially responsible personnel restructuring is conducted. Basic directions of personnel management are offered in the period of personnel restructuring. The basic mistakes of restructuring are lighted up in the field of human capitals.У статті значені наслідки реструктуризації персоналу підприємств. Теоретичне обґрунтування, пов'язане зі стратегічним підходом до реструктуризації соціально відповідальним персоналомя.
