Імператорське Російське товариство порятунку на водах: статутні положення та визначальні моменти у його діяльності

Abstract

У статті висвітлено вихідні положення нормативно-правового документа «Статуту» та представлено погляд на основні напрямки діяльності однієї з найбільш чисельних громадських організацій Російської імперії – Імператорського Російського товариства порятунку на водах. Підкреслена роль приватної ініціативи у його створенні. Звернена увага на існування широкої мережі округів та відділів Товариства в межах усієї імперії. Наголошено на важливих результатах, які були досягнуті Товариством у справі рятування людей на водоймах.

In the article highlights basic provisions legal document «Charter» and representedthe look at key activities in the direction is one of massive social organizations of the Russian Empire -Imperial Russian Society Saving Service. It is notedthat since its inception Company was unde rthe patronage of Her Imperial Majesty Empress MariaFedorovna. Fixed the mainresults, made public in saving peopleon bodies of water, thebasic of which wasthe organization throughoutthe Russian Empirenet work of rescuestation sand posts, the successful operationof which provide thousands of lives saved. Stressed, that initiating public support in the creation rescuepeople in the waterinthe Russian Empire were part of the general trend.
