dc.descriptionEach enterprise should be considered as an investment project of a certain scale with certain characteristics. Further activities of the enterprise are related not only to the implementation of the initiated operating activities, but also to further development and changes that require the implementation of investment subprojects. Typically, enterprise development is accompanied by diverse projects. Such projects include not only innovation and technology projects, but also intra-industry and inter-industry diversification projects. In the food industry, enterprises are usually characterized by two basic algorithms for the formation of project investment decisions. The first algorithm involves projects that initially ensure the production of food products (B2C format), and then move on to sub-projects of development and change, including raw material projects. The first algorithm is the formation of project investment decisions in the usual traditional creation and operation of food production enterprises. In this case, the initial project is the creation of food production facilities (B2C format), and subsequently development projects are implemented, including the expansion or creation of its own raw material base (B2B format). The second algorithm provides for initial projects that ensure the production of agricultural products (B2B format), and over time, further investment projects (subprojects) provide for sectoral diversification, in particular into food production based on the processing of own agricultural raw materials (B2C format). The second algorithm involves the formation of investment project decisions in the creation and operation of food production enterprises based on agricultural enterprises. Here, agricultural projects (crop and livestock production) are the initial ones that ensure the creation of capacities to provide the future raw material base (B2B format) for food production. Later, in the process of diversifying activities, there is a transition to projects of direct food production (B2C format), as well as other development and change projects.
dc.description.abstractВ статті розглядаються особливості інвестиційних проєктних рішень з розвитку та змін організацій (підприємств). Висвітлюються загальні питання алгоритмізації розроблення інвестиційних проєктних рішень, а також врахування наявності галузевої специфіки у використанні таких загальних алгоритмів, уточнені алгоритми інвестиційних проєктних рішень для підприємств харчової промисловості залежно від стратегічних намірів виробників з урахуванням спрямування загальних процесів розвитку та змін. Описано два базових алгоритми формування інвестиційних проєктних рішень в харчовій промисловості. Перший – це проєктні рішення, які початково забезпечують виробництво харчової продукції (формат В2С), а далі переходять до субпроєктів розвитку та змін, серед яких передбачається створення або розширення власної сировинної бази. Другий алгоритм – це проєктні рішення, які початково забезпечують виробництво сільськогосподарської продукції (формат В2В), а з часом подальші інвестиційні субпроєкти передбачають галузеву диверсифікацію, зокрема у виробництво харчової продукції на основі перероблення власної сільськогосподарської сировини.
