Формування професійної мотивації студента як детермінанти його творчого розвитку і працевлаштування

Abstract

У статті аналізуються проблеми формування професійної мотивації студента у взаємозв’язку із розвитком його творчого потенціалу. Представлено результати психологічного дослідження і проведено їхню інтерпретацію стосовно особливостей професійної мотивації студентів і перспективи працевлаштування. Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо управління процесом формування професійної мотивації студентів, спрямованого на працевлаштування.The problem of the professional motivation of the student personality in connection with its creative potential development is analyzed in the article. It is given results of the psychological investigation and corresponding interpretation of the data in reference to peculiarity of the professional motivation of the technology specialty students as well as perspectives of their labor occupation. Practical recommendations concerning manage of the student motivation process formation with the purpose of the successful labor occupation using their creative potential are elaborated.
