Визначення впливу інвестиційної діяльності на ефективність функціонування аграрних підприємств

Abstract

У статті представлено результати визначення впливу інвестиційної діяльності на ефективність функціонування аграрних підприємств як економічних систем шляхом побудови рівняння тренду впливу інвестиційної діяльності на ефективність функціонування аграрних підприємств Київської області. Обгрунтовано значення інвестиційної діяльності для формування ефективності функціонування аграрних підприємств. Наведено класифікацію механізмів залучення інвестицій за наступними класифікаційними ознаками: за методом залучення інвестицій; за інвестором; за видом інвестицій; за видом підприємства. Досліджено вплив інвестиційної діяльності на ефективність функціонування аграрних підприємств на прикладі окремих суб'єктів господарювання Київської області за період 2017-2021 рр., для чого використано метод найменших квадратів для побудови рівняння тренду впливу показників, що обумовлюють інвестиційну діяльність аграрних підприємств.The article presents the results of determining the impact of investment activity on the efficiency of the functioning of agricultural enterprises as economic system by building an equation of the trend of the impact of investment activity on the efficiency of the functioning of agricultural enterprises of the Kyiv region. The importance of investment activity for the formation of the efficiency of the functioning of agricultural enterprises is substantiated. The classification of investment attraction mechanisms is presented according to the following classification features: according to the method of investment attraction; by investor; by type of investment; by type of enterprise. The influence of investment activity on the efficiency of the functioning of agrarian enterprises was studied on the example of individual business entities of the Kyiv region for the period 2017-2021, for which the method of least squares was used to construct an equation of the trend of the influence of indicators that determine the investment activity of agrarian enterprises.
