Оцінювання можливостей розвитку підприємства за матрицею

Abstract

Розглядаються можливості оцінювання розвитку підприємства за матрицею І.Ансоффа. Вона передбачає аналіз зростання компанії за чотирма напрямками – глибшого проникнення на ринок, розширення меж ринку, розроблення товару та диверсифікації. Описуються основні складові матриці І.Ансоффа та наводяться приклади заходів, які можуть її формувати. Пропонується виконати кількісну оцінку заходів, які вміщені у матриці. Для цього можна використати інтегральний показник, який розраховується шляхом добутку величини оцінки стану кожного заходу на рівні підприємства та коефіцієнта важливості. The possibilities of assessing the development of an enterprise according to the I. Ansoff matrix are considered. It involves analyzing the growth of a company in four directions - deeper market penetration, expanding market boundaries, product development and diversification. The main components of the I. Ansoff matrix are described and examples of measures that can form it are given. It is proposed to perform a quantitative assessment of the measures included in the matrix. For this purpose, an integral indicator can be used, which is calculated by multiplying the value of the assessment of the state of each measure at the enterprise level and the importance coefficient.
