Анотація
Розвиток будь якої економічної системи має циклічний характер та передбачає наявність як періодів зростання, так і періодів спаду. Після глобальної світової кризи 2008‐2009 років економіка відновилася досить швидко та активно зростала протягом останнього десятиліття, при цьому глобальна пандемія COVID‐19спровокувала значні економічні проблеми для більшості країн світу, і Україна не стала виключенням, а з початком повномасштабної війни на території держави та впровадженням воєнного стану, вітчизняна економіка зазнає суттєвих проблем та викликів. Особливо в цьому контексті страждає малий бізнес та середнє підприємництво, які в деяких галузях складають основу розвитку та мають найбільший потенціал, зокрема це стосується агропромислового комплексу, торгівлі, харчової та легкої промисловості. Тому, аналіз тенденцій соціально‐економічного розвитку у глобальному та локальному вимірах може стати тим підґрунтям, яке дозволить сформувати перспективи подальшого розвитку та визначити передумови для вирішення найбільш нагальних проблем сучасних економічних систем.
The development of any economic system is cyclical in nature and involves both periods of growth and periods of decline. After the global world crisis of 2008‐2009, the economy recovered quite quickly and grew actively during the last decade, while the global pandemic of COVID‐19 provoked significant economic problems for most countries of the world, and Ukraine was not an exception, and with the beginning of a full‐scale war on the territory of the state and implementation of martial law, the domestic economy is experiencing particularly significant problems and challenges. Especially in this context, small businesses and medium‐sized enterprises suffer, which in some sectors form the basis of development and have the greatest potential, in particular, this applies to the agro‐industrial complex, trade, food industry, light industry. Therefore, the analysis of socio‐economic development trends in global and local dimensions can become the basis that will allow to form the prospects of further development and determine the prerequisites for solving the most urgent problems of modern economic systems. At the same time, it should be taken into account that the trends of globalization and the penetration of economies into each other lead to the fact that crisis phenomena spread quite quickly, and problems in one country can significantly affect the development prospects in another. Therefore, when planning measures to support the economy and bring it out of the crisis, macro‐financial organizations usually develop measures not for a specific country, but for a region that may include several countries. However, the main trend remains the need to fight inflation, to stimulate small and medium‐sized businesses, as well as to find ways to minimize the costs of energy resources, as well as to stimulate the production of alternative energy. At the same time, the development of the Ukrainian economy will largely depend on the further scenario of the war, its duration and scale of destruction, and the speed of recovery of the national economy will be determined by the amount of macro‐financial assistance from other states and international organizations.
