Abstract

У статті здійснено комплексне дослідження процесів упровадження інноваційних цифрових технологій у сфері гостинності як одного з ключових чинників трансформації готельно-ресторанного бізнесу в умовах розвитку цифрової економіки та зростання вимог споживачів до якості сервісу. The article provides a comprehensive study of the processes of implementing innovative digital technologies in the hospitality industry as one of the key factors driving the transformation of the hotel and restaurant business in the context of the development of the digital economy and growing consumer demands for service quality.
