Abstract

В статті наведені результати експериментальних досліджень процесу подрібнення зернової та олійної сировини, а також їх сумішей у різних співвідношеннях. Рекомендовано створення зернових сумішей з подальшим їх подрібненням до необхідних параметрів. Отримані результати, дали змогу розрахувати модуль крупності продуктів подрібнення, встановити вид помелу. Також в статті наведено результати подрібнення соняшнику та кукурудзи при зміні їх вологості. The article presents the results of experimental studies of the process of grinding grain and oilseeds, as well as mixtures in different proportions. Recommended creation cereal mixtures with further grinding to the required parameters. The results helped to calculate the size of the products grinding module, set the type of comminution. Recommended settings to achieve the module size for sunflower seeds and corn. Reached values of module size, typical for the middle grinding. In the second phase of research was conducted crushing oilseeds and corn at change of humidity. Creating original mixes of sunflower seeds and corn, followed by grinding. Also in the article results crushing sunflower and corn at change of humidity.
