Використання системи «Масіт» для оперативного контролю температурного поля працюючого генератора

Abstract

Розглянуто конструкцію, принцип дії і основні характеристики компонентів багатоканальної автоматизованої системи вимірювання температури металевих, ізоляційних деталей та охолоджуючої рідини турбогенератора. Наведено аналіз похибок вимірювання температури системою. Reviewed the design, operating principle and basic characteristics of the components of the automated system of measurement the multichannel-MASIT temperatures. The system is intended for operative control of temperature field of metallic, insulating parts and the future working fluid cooler turbo generator. The system uses a specialized device unifici: industrial computer, resistance thermometers, analog input modules data convertor interface of the distribution systems of industrial automation. Computer software ensures the functioning of the system: survey of primary converters of temperature, method of measuring results and amendment, graphing temperature change, documentation of data and forwarding them to others.
