Розглянуто значення нематеріальних активів у розвитку підприємства, зокрема ключових компетенцій. Подані теоретичні підходи щодо визначення та ідентифікації ключових компетенцій підприємства, методика їх оцінення. Визначені критерії формування показників для відбору ключових робітників компанії.In this article was analysis ad the significance of immaterial assets, specifically key jurisdictions. Were given theoretical approaches of the determination and the authentication of key jurisdictions, methods of they evaluation. Were determinate criteria’s for the selection of key workers of the company.
