Розглянуто теоретичні основи потенціалу підприємства. Запропоновано методи та показники для оцінки процесів формування, використання та розвитку потенціалу підприємства. The theoretic bases of the complex estimate of the enterprise’s potential are examined. The methods and indicators for estimate of processes of formation, use and development of the enterprise’s potential are offered.
