Abstract
В статті розглянуто методологічні підходи до оцінки ефективності системи контролінгу. Виокремлено якісні та кількісні показники. Зроблено аналітично-функціональну декомпозицію підприємства необхідну для детальної оцінки ефективності системи контролінгу.
