Development of effective technologies for waste processing of the food industry

Abstract

The aim of the work is to determine the prospects of pyrolyzed wood waste for the production of alcoholic beverages, as well as in the production of porous carbon materials and activated carbon. Метою роботи є визначення перспективності піролізованих відходів деревини для виробництва алкогольних напоїв, а також у виробництві пористих вуглецевих матеріалів та активованого вугілля.
