Abstract
This article examines the origins and a nascence of LLC «Ferrero Ukraine» on the confectionary market and its marketing activities. Here is the review of the confectionery market of Ukraine, its trends and prospects of development. Also the position of the enterprise and its competitiveness on the Ukrainian market are proved.
