Abstract
Наведено переваги біологічного способу очищення стічних вод підприємств харчової промисловості. Охарактеризовано екосистему аеробного активного мулу. Проведено моніторинг процесу очищення стічних вод молокозаводу в аеротенку біоіндикаторним способом.
We present the advantages of the biological method of wastewater treatment for the food industry. Ecosystem is characterized by aerobic activated sludge. Monitored the process of wastewater treatment in the aeration tank dairy bioindicator way.
