Роль кафедри технології цукру і підготовки води НУХТ у кадровому і науково-технічному забезпеченні розвитку цукрової галузі України

Abstract

У статті наведено історію становлення кафедри технології цукру і підготовки води. Проаналізовано основні наукові здобутки кафедри.The Department of Sugar Technology and Water Treatment trains specialists with higher education for enterprises of the sugar and starch syrup industries, drinking water preparation, production of packaged waters and beverages, product quality laboratories, sci-entific institutions, project organizations, etc. Today, this issue raises concerns about the future staffing of the industry. This situation can be corrected through more effective cooperation between private enterprises - sugar factories and universities. The innovative de-velopment of the world economy is based on the “sci-ence-education-production” model as a guarantee of close interaction for the success of the enterprise, the industry and the country as a whole, which should be-come the basis for further scientific development of the Department of Sugar Technology and Water Treatment to provide the sugar industry with highly qualified spe-cialists.
