dc.description.abstractIn embryos irradiated during 38 hr, the number of pairs of somitesincreased; while otherwise, in embryos irradiated during 158 hr this number decreased.The lower duration of exposure led to a significant decrease in a level of DNAstrand breaks; while on the contrary, the higher duration of exposure resulted in a significant increase of DNA damages as compared to controls.Ембріони, опромінені упродовж 38 год, мали підвищені кількість сомітів, в той час як ембріони, опромінені 158 год, були достовірно пригнічені. Менша доза опромінення зменшувала рівень ушкодження ДНК у ембріональних клітинах, тоді як більша доза достовірно збільшувала ушкодження ДНК.uk_UA
