Перспективи застосування wellness-інновацій в індустрії гостинності

Abstract

У науковій статті представлено аналіз основних тенденцій конкуренції у сучасних готельних підприємствах. Зазначено необхідність оновлення переліку послуг, які надаються на базі готелю. Охарактеризовано використання інноваційних методів у роботі готельного закладу. Проаналізовано можливість створення wellness-студій і wellness-центрів на базі українських готельних комплексів. Виявлено вплив пандемії COVID-19 на актуалізацію необхідності збереження здоров’я. Охарактеризовано доцільність персоналізації харчування як інтелектуальної послуги wellness. Визначено wellness як систему оздоровлення. The scientific article provides an analysis of the main competition trends in modern hotels. The need to update the list of services provided at the hotel is noted. The use of innovative methods in the work of a hotel establishment is characterized. The possibility of establishing of wellness studios and wellness centers on the basis of Ukrainian hotel complexes is analyzed. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the actualisation of the need for health preservation has been identified. The expediency of personalization of food as an intellectual service of “wellness” is characterized. Wellness is defined as a health-improving system.
