Analysis of causes, circumstances and consequences of occupational traumatic injuries at the food beverage enterprises

Abstract

The article analyzes the dynamics of occupational injuries in the food industry in the production of beverages for the period from 2010 to 2018. It was found that organizational factors lead to 80% of occupational injuries. Violations were mainly due to employees' poor knowledge of occupational safety rules.

В статті проаналізовано динаміку виробничого травматизму на підприємствах харчової промисловості при виробництві напоїв за період з 2010 по 2018 роки. Було встановлено, що організаційні фактори призводять до 80% виробничого травматизму. В основному порушення відбувалися через слабкі знання працівниками правил безпеки праці.
