Процес прийняття та реалізації управлінських рішень

Abstract

У статті досліджено сутність поняття "управлінське рішення". Запропоновано управлінське рішення визначати як результат управлінської дії, спрямованої на вирішення поточних, тактичних або стратегічних завдань, що заснований на доступному обсязі інформації та особистому досвіді особи, яка приймає рішення. Проведене дослідження поглядів науковців на класифікацію управлінських рішень дало можливість здійснити їх узагальнення та розширити перелік класифікаційних ознак та типів управлінських рішень в межах існуючих. Запропоновано додати класифікаційну ознаку за результатами реалізації в межах якої розглядаються типи управлінських рішень як позитивні, нейтральні, негативні. До класифікаційної ознаки за місцем прийняття у рамках управлінського циклу пропонується ввести координуюче управлінське рішення. The article explores the essence of the concept of "management decision". It is proposed to define a management decision as the result of a management action aimed at solving current, tactical or strategic tasks, which is based on the available amount of information and the personal experience of the decision-maker.The conducted study of the views of scientists on the classification of management decisions made it possible to generalize them and expand the list of classification features and types of management decisions within the existing ones. It is proposed to add a classification feature based on the results of implementation, within which the types of management decisions are considered as positive, neutral, negative. It is proposed to introduce a coordinating management decision to the classification feature based on the place of adoption within the management cycle.
