Abstract

Розглянуто складові емоційної компетенції менеджерів. Визначено, що рівень емоційного інтелекту керівника впливає на психологічний клімат у колективі і тим самим на ефективність роботи організації в цілому. The components of emotional competence of managers are considered. It was determined that the level of the manager's emotional intelligence affects the psychological climate in the team and thereby the effectiveness of the organization as a whole.
