Abstract
В статті розглянуті методичні аспекти оцінки конкурентоспроможності бізнес-процесів підприємств-туроператорів та запропоновано трирівневий методичний підхід до оцінки конкупентоспроможності підприємств-туроператорів згідно процесного підходу до управління.
