Про когнітивну цінність іноземних мов для нашої культури

Abstract

Висвітлена проблема визначення когнітивної цінності мов для формування нової міжнародної свідомості як гарантії виживання людства, зокрема для взаєморозуміння за умови впровадження ноосферних технологій. Наведено ряд способів оцінки змістовних знань у різних видах інформації. The problem of determination of cognitive value of languages is elucidated for forming of new international consciousness as counteraction to expansion of artificial intellect. Some methods of estimation of contents of knowledge in the different types of information are given. These methods don’t depend on the type of language.
