Abstract
Обґрунтовано сутність та складові елементи організаційного механізму управління формуванням стратегічного потенціалу підприємств. Визначено роль функціональних підрозділів підприємств у формуванні стратегічного потенціалу. Досліджено особливості організаційного механізму управління формуванням стратегічного потенціалу на підприємствах харчової промисловості.
The essence and components of the organizational management mechanism of the formation of the strategic potential of the enterprises are founded. The role of functional divisions of the enterprise in the formation of the strategic potential are determined. The features of organizational management mechanism of the formation of the strategic potential of the enterprises in food industry are examined.
