Збір та переробка твердих побутових відходів. Проблеми і шляхи їх вирішення

Abstract

Доповідь присвячена проблемам поводження з побутовими відходами в Україні. Показано, що заходи, які зараз вживаються, не призводять до покращення ситуації. Пропонується використати досвід розвинених країн у сфері переробки відходів. Ключовим питанням є питання організації роздільного збору твердих побутових відходів. Показано переваги такого підходу та запропоновано спалювання залишків від сортування нехарчової продукції та біогазифікацію на полігонах-реакторах харчової складової ТПВThe report is devoted to the problems of household waste management in Ukraine. It is shown that the measures currently being taken do not lead to an improvement in the situation. It is proposed to use the experience of developed countries in the field of waste processing. The key issue is the task of organizing the separate collection of solid waste. The advantages of such an approach are shown, and the incineration of residues from the sorting of non-food products and biogasification in landfills-reactors of the food component of MSW are proposed
