Abstract

У статті розглядаються методичні підходи до застосування технології реінжинірингу на підприємствах м’ясної промисловості з урахуванням специфічних особливостей виробництва м’ясної продукції.In this article methodical approaches to application of technology of reengineering at the enterprises of the meat industry taking into account specific features of manufacture of meat production are considered.
