Тенденції розвитку агрохолдингів в Україні

Abstract

У статті досліджені інтеграційні процеси в АПК України, узагальнені тенденції розвитку агрохолдингів після фінансової кризи 2008 р., особливу увагу присвячено процесу конценрації капіталу на рівні таких мегаутворень, як Ukrlandfarming, «Кернел» та Миронівський хлібопродукт. The article investigates the integration processes in agro-industrial complex of Ukraine, summarizes trends in the development of agricultural holdings after the financial crisis of 2008, it is focused on the process of concentration of capital at megastructures such as Ukrlandfarming, «Kernel" and Mіronovsky Hliboproduct.
