Наукове обґрунтування розробки функціональних модулів пакетоформувальних машин для продовольчих вантажів

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена науковому обґрунтуванню вибору раціональної технологічної схеми уніфікованої пакетоформувальної машини, її структурної та конструктивної схем та визначенню раціональних значень параметрів підіймально-опускного пристрою та пристрою профілювання за умови мінімізації енерговитрат. The thesis is denoted to scientific substantiation of unified palletizer’s rational technological scheme, its structural scheme and design and to definition of rational parameters of a lifting-dipping device and loads shaping devise under conditions of energy consumption minimization. Experimental research enabled: to define a damping factor for dynamic system of a lifting-dipping device, which was later used for simulating model calculations; to define rheological characteristics of typical food loose goods, which were used for numerical computations of worked out mathematical simulating model.
