Abstract
В статті розглянуто сучасні інструменти вартісно-орієнтованого управління підприємством, зокрема бюджетування, система збалансованих показників, універсальна система показників діяльності. Запропоновано збалансовану систему показників для підприємств легкої промисловості України.
The article deals with the modern tools of value-based business management, in particular, budgeting, balanced scorecard, a universal system of indicators. Proposed balanced scorecard for the enterprises of light industry of Ukraine.
