Gas-liquid system relating to a significant amount of technology in the food industry. Cause and effect of creating a gas-liquid systems is the organization of mass and heat transfer processes, mechanical agitation in favor of the percolation process. Achieved technical development for use in gas-liquid concentration potentials environments.
