Управління непрацюючими кредитами банків у контексті нового Закону України «Про факторинг»

Abstract

Тези присвячені дослідженню впливу прийняття нового Закону України "Про факторинг" на можливості банків щодо управління проблемною заборгованістю. Доведено, що запровадження в Законі розмежування факторингу на фінансовий та торговий, створить можливості для банків зменшувати портфель непрацюючих кредитів шляхом продажу проблемної заборгованості спеціалізованим фінансовим компаніям. Відмічено також важливість запровадження державного електронного реєстру факторингових операцій.The theses are devoted to the study of the impact of the adoption of the new Law of Ukraine "On Factoring" on the capabilities of banks to manage problem debt. It is proven that the introduction of the Law on the distinction between factoring into financial and trade will create opportunities for banks to reduce the portfolio of non-performing loans by selling problem debt to specialized financial companies. The importance of introducing a state electronic register of factoring operations is also noted.
