dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджується необхідність розширення використання підприємствами (організаціями) управлінських технологій розвитку та цільове комплексне їх поєднання і доповнення новими можливостями. Зокрема пропонується активізувати процеси ініціювання, підтримки та адаптації стартапів. Це буде надавати нові можливості для створення банку інноваційних ідей, переведення їх в техніко-технологічні розробки, прискорення реалізації стартап-ідей. Враховуючи те, що це будуть оригінальні нові рішення, які призведуть до появи нових технологій, нових товарів та послуг, це також сприятиме формуванню у підприємств нових компетенцій, що буде незаперечною оригінальною конкурентною перевагою. Такий підхід до створення нових ключових компетенцій організацій буде поєднувати сукупність наступних технологій розвитку: проєктний підхід, еволюційний підхід, управління знаннями, реінжиніринг бізнес-процесів, а також їх підтримання через започаткування та залучення стартап-проєктування
dc.description.abstractThe article examines the need to expand the use of development management technologies by enterprises (organizations) and their targeted complex combination and addition of new opportunities. In particular, it is proposed to intensify the processes of initiation, support and adaptation of startups. This will provide new opportunities for creating a bank of innovative ideas, translating them into technical and technological developments, and accelerating the implementation of startup ideas. Given that these will be original new solutions that will lead to the emergence of new technologies, new goods and services, it will also contribute to the formation of new competencies in enterprises, which will be an undeniable original competitive advantage. This approach to the creation of new key competencies of organizations (which is a management technology in itself) will combine a set of such development management technologies as a project approach, an evolutionary approach (the concept of the organization's life cycle), knowledge management, and business process reengineering. The strengthening of the complex of these development technologies will be their maintenance through the initiation and involvement of startup design. This approach will provide advantages to start-ups, as organizational and financial support of the start-up project will speed up its implementation and increase the success rate. For the company, this also has a number of advantages: in addition to acquiring new key competencies, there is an opportunity to shorten the duration of the pre-investment stage of the project, as it will coincide with the development and support of startups. Initiation and (or) involvement of startup design by an organization (enterprise) can take place according to different algorithms. The most optimal option is to support master's or bachelor's studies in the process of practice and completion of diploma (qualification) works. It can also be support and participation in the current scientific activities of educational institutions, holding competitions of student startups
