Інноваційні підходи бібліотеки закладу вищої освіти в системі забезпечення якості освітньої діяльності

Abstract

У праці висвітлено ключові аспекти та переваги впровадження і використання інформаційно-аналітичної системи «Публікаційна карта НУХТ» у контексті забезпечення якості освітньої діяльності в Національному університеті харчових технологій. Крім того, представлено інноваційний під хід у системі забезпечення якості освітньої діяльності закладу вищої освіти і взаємозв’язок електронних інформаційних ресурсів бібліотеки з інформаційно-освітнім середовищем. Цей підхід дає можливість ефективно вирішувати завдання оперативного пошуку, зберігання інформації з метою інформаційного забезпечення академічної спільноти університету. Також роз глянуто інформаційно-аналітичну систему «Публікаційна карта НУХТ» як невід’ємну складову внутрішньої системи забезпечення освітньої діяльності, яка створює інноваційне середовище для наукового роз витку й під- вищення якості освітньо-наукової діяльності. Це є одним з ключових факторів для під вищення рейтингових показників та іміджу університету в сучасному науковому просторі, де від критість і доступність інформації визначають нові стандарти та інноваційні під ходи в освітньому процесі. The relevance of the topic is in substantiation of importance of using information and library systems and resources to prevent the generalization of results of publishing activity of university community, as well as in the assessment of their contribution to ensuring the quality of university’ educational and scientifi c activities. The purpose of the work is to highlight the key aspects and advantages of the implementation and use of the information-analytical system NUFT Publication card in the context of ensuring the quality of educational activities at the National University of Food Technologies. Since, in today’s conditions, modern educational institutions are faced with the challenges to create an eff ective system of ensuring the quality of education, which would meet modern standards and promote the development of research, its publication and implementation in the educational process. The work methodology is based on the use of general scientifi c methods of analysis and synthesis, as well as on the basis of new approaches using library science methods and computer technologies. The scientific novelty of the article is in the presentation of an innovative approach in the system of ensuring the quality of educational activities of university and the relationship between library electronic information resources and the information and education environment. This approach allows one to solve eff ectively the task of operational search and information storage, to provide information to university academic community. One of the key features of the NUFT Publication card system is the informational support of research work and orientation to the coverage of the university’s publishing activity. Conclusions. The information-analytical system NUFT Publication card, as an integral component of the internal system in providing educational activities, creates an innovative environment for scientifi c development and improving the quality of educational and scientifi c activities. This is one of the key factors for improving the university’s ranking and image in the modern scientifi c space, where the openness and availability of information determine new standards and innovative approaches in the educational process.
