Improvement of the material and technical support of an urban family restaurant

Abstract

У тезах обґрунтовано напрями вдосконалення матеріально-технічного забезпечення міського сімейного ресторану. Визначено проблеми, пов’язані з технічним станом обладнання, енергоавтономністю та стійкістю роботи закладу в кризових умовах. Запропоновано поетапну модернізацію обладнання, оновлення холодильних, мийних і барних зон та оптимізацію виробничого простору. Реалізація цих заходів сприятиме підвищенню якості сервісу й конкурентоспроможності ресторану. The thesis substantiates directions for improving the material and technical support of an urban family restaurant. It identifies problems related to equipment condition, energy autonomy, and operational resilience under crisis conditions. The study proposes staged equipment modernisation, renewal of refrigeration, dishwashing, and bar areas, and optimization of the production space. These measures are expected to improve service quality and restaurant competitiveness.
