Analysis of competitive strategies of startups under conditions of global challenges(2019) Bielialov, Taliat; Loiko, Valeria; Bihus, Mariana; Kulynych, Yurii; Vzhytynska (Omelchenko), KseniiaThe paper identifies the main differences between a start-up company and a traditional enterprise and identifies the features of their competitive strategies. The main aspects of determining the development strategy of start-up competitive advantages based on economic and mathematical modeling are considered. On the example of the start-up project “Multiservice of Intelligent Management of Finances and Needs”, the task of which is to create a new model of human behavior independent of the money factor and create an environment of internal incentives for the individual that contribute to the creative solution of certain tasks, the developed model was tested. The proposed integrated approach to assessing economic efficiency is relevant in the context of the formation of an innovative environment for the development of start-ups and allows creating competitive advantages. Clustering of banks by the level of digitalization in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic(2022) Kolodiziev, Oleh; Shcherbak, Valeriia; Vzhytynska (Omelchenko), Kseniia; Chernovol, Olena; Lozynska, OlhaThe COVID-19 pandemic has complicated the operating environment for banks around the world. Determining the drivers of digitalization of banking services based on the principles of corporate social responsibility of banks makes it possible to find a way out of the crisis. The objective of the study is to develop a model for clustering banks in terms of the level of digitalization on the principles of corporate social responsibility. In this study, a twofold model has been proposed: the first part includes the calculation of the level of digitalization of banking, and the second part includes mathematical simulation of the clustering of bank digitalization level. This study reveals new possible solutions to the digitalization of banking in the face of new threats. In particular, factor analysis identifies the main factors, cluster analysis ranks banks into three categories (A, B, C) of service digitalization, and a dendrogram identifies digitalization drivers. The model was tested on 22 banks. Eight per cent of the banks are rated A “Very good” and B “Good”. 92% have Level C “Satisfactory”. The results of the study prove that the model should be validated. It should be confirmed that the application of the developed methodology for increasing the digitalization of banking services will increase customer loyalty by 15%, improve sustainability by reducing risk by 10%, and make banks attractive for investment by 15-20%. Implementation of new technologies into the educational process to improve efficiency(2015) Vzhytynska (Omelchenko), KseniiaThe information of a modern society is actively reflected in educational process. Currently it is not possible to imagine educational process without the introduction and implementation of new educational technologies in it. Influence of Russia and the USA at the entrance of Ukraine into the EU(2014) Vzhytynska (Omelchenko), Kseniia; Ivantsiva, HannaUkraine became an independent state after the collapse of Soviet Union in 1991. Since that time the country has passed through a process of significant political, economic, and social change. Having experienced difficult economic times during 1991-1995 (the breakdown of integrated connections with the post-Soviet business environment, hyperinflation, privatization issues, and national business system formation), the Ukrainian government successfully established a national currency (hryvna) and overcame high inflation by the late 1990s.Документ Mаcrotconomic situation of the Ukrainian agricultural sector(2021) Vzhytynska (Omelchenko), KseniiaThe article considers the current trends in the development of the agro-industrial complex in the framework of the fact that in Ukraine land reform has largely been limited to the transformation of state ownership into collective. Weak reforms have not been able to radically change the traditional collective organization of Ukrainian farms. The disintegration and internal restructuring of large farms were very limited. Therefore, it is not surprising that the transition process does not increase profitability and efficiency. It has been suggested that agriculture can boost broad investment and reform throughout the economy. The main five goals that the state should adhere to in the process of implementing agrarian reform in Ukraine are proposed. The impact of the implementation of agrarian reform on the industry is analyzed and proposals are made to strengthen its action. The main goals of agrarian reform(2016) Vzhytynska (Omelchenko), KseniiaДокумент The Ukrainian agricultural sector and its main problems(2021) Vzhytynska (Omelchenko), KseniiaAll agricultural markets will be negatively affected by the poor macroeconomic fundamentals in Ukraine. There will be limited investment into the country over the coming quarters given the unstable situation, which will affect agricultural production over forecast period. Russia's ban on imports from Ukraine will weigh on production for the dairy and livestock industries, as Russia represents one of Ukraine's largest agricultural export markets. Furthermore, significant currency depreciation will limit imports, hitting input usage and domestic investment. Ukraine is blessed with rich farming and forestry resources. Agriculture has traditionally been one of the most important sectors of the Ukrainian economy, given the high quality and availability of fertile land. More than two thirds (71,2%) of the total land area is agricultural land, compared to only 13,2% in Russia and 44,3% in the EU. Arable land at 32,5 million hectares has the largest area in Europe after Russia, accounting for 56,1% of the total land area – the highest percentage in Europe after Denmark. So, about 80 percent of the agricultural area is arable land, two-thirds of it the agriculturally rich "black soil". The primary food harvest products are barley, maize, potatoes, rice, soybeans, sugar beets, and wheat.
