In this regard, this article aims to identify the relationship between socially responsible management, good practice and economic growth of enterprises; the purpose of this study is to analyse and assess the impact of socially responsible management and good practice on various performance indicators of enterprises. Achieving this purpose requires solving a number of tasks, the content of which reflects the sequence of research stages: to study the theoretical and methodological aspects of the impact of socially responsible management and good practice on performance indicators of enterprises; to analyse the main world trends in the application of socially responsible management and good practice; to study the experience of advanced countries in the implementation of socially responsible management; to develop methodological approaches to assessing the impact of socially responsible management and good practice on the performance of enterprises; to develop a set of proposals for attracting socially responsible management methods for government bodies. The leading method to study this problem is the method of systems analysis which was used to study the idea of socially responsible management as a complex multicomponent structure that should be involved and operate in an unstable political and economic situation. The process of writing this article also involved such research methods as the method of logical analysis, comparative analysis, methods of synthesis and deduction, the method of classification, the method of surveying respondents. The article presents the results of the study in tables and figures that reflect the levels of application of socially responsible management methods, their impact and advantages; internal and external stakeholders in the company's activities; components of balanced socially responsible management; survey results of respondents. The article materials are of practical value for entrepreneurs, managers, teachers and students in the field of management and human relations.Документ Determination of the level of products novelty importance for developing product innovative policy(2021) Fedulova, Irina; Dragan, Olena; Sheremet, Oleg; Vasyutinska, Julia; Berger, AlinaTo substantiate the range of products of the enterprise there is a need to assess the potential of products in terms of the company’s ability to manufacture these products, consumer opportunities to meet their needs for these products, and market opportunities to ensure a strategic position among similar products. The study used structural-logical and causal methods of analysis to determine the structure of the novelty of goods. The numerical method of multi-criteria decision making TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) was used to rank the product range of new products according to the level of importance of novelty. Weights of individual components to assess the importance level of novelty in the enterprise were determined by the method of analysis of hierarchies of T.L. Saati. The study used the classification of novelty by its functional focus, according to which consumer, market, and manufacturing novelty of goods are distinguished. The importance of novelty for the manufacturer is the conformity of the product to its innovative development strategy, determination of its place in the market, and prospects for further activities. The importance of the novelty of a new product for the company is proposed to be defined as a measure of the importance of the novelty level of the product for the development of the optimal product range in the product innovative policy of the enterprise. To assess the level of significance of the novelty of goods, criteria of novelty by its types were proposed. According to the results of the study it was found that industrial novelty characterizes the level of use of new technologies in the enterprise, market – the position of a new product on the market among analogues, and consumer – the level and way to meet consumer needs. Further research should relate to the development of appropriate guidelines for the formation of product range and its management based on the assessment of the level of significance of novelty.Документ Improvement of the regulatory legal basis of meat processing enterprises as a factor of product quality management(2021) Strashynska, Larysa; Sheremet, OlegThe article emphasizes the need for systemic changes in the meat processing industry of Ukraine in the direction of improving the regulatory framework. The priority directions of improving the legislative support of the agricultural sector of the economy as a whole and the meat product subcomplex are outlined. The need to form a comprehensive system of measures for state regulation of the meat market in Ukraine, which would be based on the implementation of international standards, which are adapted to those developed by the Commission of the Code of Alimentarius. The system of meat product quality management is considered, which should be based on international standards ISO 9000, HACCP industry standards and others, which allow to increase the level of safety of production processes and the quality of finished products for both producers and consumers. A number of competitive advantages obtained by meat processing enterprises that implement a product quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9000 standards are substantiated. It is noted that maximizing the positive result for the company with the fullest use of opportunities provided by the implementation of quality management system in accordance with ISO 9000, is not possible without taking into account and minimizing the impact of threats that also accompany this process. The stages of implementation of the product quality management system at the enterprises in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9000 and the algorithm of realization of this process are determined. It is noted that the introduction and effective operation of the meat quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9000 should be implemented comprehensively, taking into account all the opportunities and threats that arise, and following a clear algorithm that includes time intervals for completion, re audits, involvement of external experts and intensification of internal services. У статті наголошено на необхідності системних перетворень в м’ясопереробній галузі України в напрямі вдосконалення нормативно-правової бази. Окреслено пріоритетні напрями удосконалення законодавчого забезпечення аграрного сектору економіки в цілому та м'ясопродуктового підкомплексу. Актуалізована необхідність формування цілісної системи заходів державного регулювання ринку м'яса в Україні, яка б базувалася на впровадженні міжнародних стандартів, які адаптовані до тих, що розроблені Комісією Кодексу Алементаріусу. Розглянуто систему управління якістю м'ясопродукції, яка повинна спиратися на міжнародні стандарти ІSО 9000, галузеві стандарти НАССР та інші, які дозволяють підвищувати рівень безпечності виробничих процесів та якість готових продуктів як для виробника, так і для споживача. Обґрунтовано низку конкурентних переваг, які отримують підприємства м’ясопереробної галузі, що впроваджують систему управління якістю продукції відповідно до вимог стандартів ІSО 9000. Зазначено, що максимізація позитивного результату для підприємства при найбільш повному використанні можливостей, що надає впровадження системи управління якістю відповідно вимог стандарту ISO 9000, не можлива без урахування та мінімізації впливу загроз, які також супроводжують даний процес, та окреслено ці загрози. Визначено етапи впровадження системи управління якістю продукції на підприємствах відповідно до вимог ІSО 9000 та алгоритм реалізації даного процесу. Зазначено, що введення та ефективне функціонування системи управління якістю м’ясопродукції відповідно до вимог стандартів ISO 9000 має реалізовуватись комплексно з урахуванням усіх можливостей та загроз, що виникають при цьому, та з дотриманням чіткого алгоритму, який заздалегідь включає часові проміжки на доопрацювання, проведення повторних аудитів, залучення сторонніх експертів та активізацію діяльності внутрішніх служб.
