    The article presents the results of research into the interdisciplinary issues of the formation and development of intra-economic elites as a key innovative-intellectual mechanism and a corporate resource for ensuring the competitiveness of companies under modern conditions. The need for the selection and continuous development of intra-economic elites, the dissemination of the best corporate practices with the help of focused, highly effective educational technologies has been defined and substantiated. In order to build a consistent process of forming and increasing the intellectual and innovative potential of companies, the feasibility of using micro-qualifications or micro-credit approaches to the educational training of the most effective groups of employees of companies that form or have been included in the intra-economic elite is substantiated. The analysis of the statistical array on the correspondence of the level of qualification to the complexity of labor functions in different countries of the world allowed to confirm the global trends of the departure of formal education in the direction of the development of new mechanisms for acquiring knowledge, the intensive development of informal education in highly developed countries. On this basis, the need to stimulate the training of employees in companies with the help of flexible educational methods and tools for the dissemination of best innovative practices is emphasized as a key mechanism for ensuring competitiveness.

    Мікрокваліфікації як інноваційна технологія підвищення конкурентоспроможності суб’єктів господарювання за сучасних соціально-економічних умов

    Зростання динаміки соціально-економічного розвитку визначає необхідність створення нових механізмів адаптації персоналу на нарощування трудового потенціалу на всіх рівнях, а особливо на рівні суб’єктів господарювання. Робота присвячена розвитку методичних підходів до використання мікрокваліфікацій з метою підвищення ефективності процесів навчання фахівців, прискорення засвоєння нових знань у динамічних професійних сферах, створення передумов для інноваційних процесів і розвитку кваліфікацій працівників суб’єктів господарювання. Конструктивний аналіз наукового доробку у цій проблемній області дозволив виділити ключові характеристики мікрокваліфікацій, етапи їх формування та встановити взаємозв’язки з етапами інноваційних процесів на рівні суб’єкта господарювання. На цій основі проведено узагальнення пошукової статистики платформи Google і виділено сфери найбільшого поширення концепції мікрокваліфікацій за різними країнами світу. Узагальнено декілька ключових тенденцій та напрямків подальших досліджень: необхідність розвитку існуючих та пошуку нових підходів до гнучкого навчання працівників, наявність взаємозв’язку між інтенсивністю розвитку мікрокваліфікацій та інноваційною активністю в регіонах, необхідність проектування освітнього процесу поряд з розробкою інновацій, необхідність перегляду освітніх програм внаслідок зміни способів та підходів до навчання за сучасних умов. Повна чи часткова реалізація вказаних висновків сприятиме підвищенню конкурентоспроможності суб’єктів господарювання у стратегічній перспективі.

    E-Marketing and its impact on the modern economy

    The main focus of the study is to investigate the impact of e-marketing on the modern economy. The objective of this scientific research is to study the current state of development of e-marketing in Ukraine and Estonia, and its impact on the economies of these countries. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: to consider the essence of the concepts of "e-commerce" and “e-marketing”; to analyse the impact of e-marketing on the modern economy of Ukraine; to analyse the impact of e-marketing on the modern economy of Estonia. It is noted that at the end of 2020, 10.6 million people in Ukraine regularly made purchases online, which is one third of the population. This includes a stable audience of regular customers of online stores and trading platforms. Approximately 33% of adults regularly shop online, and this audience is gradually growing. It is important to note that we are talking about regular online shopping, and almost all Internet users have some experience of online shopping. It is also noted that in the same year 2020, every fifth company in Estonia offered the opportunity to buy their goods through a website or other electronic channels. The share of online sales was 5% of the total revenue of enterprises, of which 2% was generated by sales to individuals, and the remaining 3% was generated by sales to other firms and public sector institutions. However, the share of sales through websites was only 0.3% of the total revenue of enterprises. The conclusions emphasise the role of e-marketing as a strategic tool in stimulating economic growth in both countries. By encouraging innovation, e-marketing acts as a catalyst for digital transformation in retail, ensuring sustainable business development and competitiveness. Ukraine and Estonia have proved to be ready to adapt to the challenges of the digital future, and e-commerce, supported by effective e-marketing, plays an important role in building a sustainable infrastructure for online trade development.

    Glocalization of regional innovation development

    This paper summarizes the arguments within the scientific discussion on the issue of global-local interactions of a region and usage of its synergy for the innovation development. Glocalization concept provides combination of global and local issues of innovation development that is an competitive advantage for a region. The main purpose of the research is to determine paradigm shift from traditional to modern regional innovation policy under conditions of glocalization based on the modern European research, experience of European countries’ regions and reveal prospects of its implementation in Ukraine. The relevance of the decision of this scientific research is that the concepts of globalization and comprehensive integration have reached their limits, it can be stated the beginning of the era of glocalization - global cooperation, focusing on local resources and local competitive advantages. Investigation of glocalization of regional innovation development in the paper is carried out in the following logical sequence: theoretical background, concept formation, strategic vectors determination. The proposed in the paper methodological approach to the regional innovation policy formation is based on the following principles of glocalization: systematicity, multilevel governance, cross-sectoral cooperation (a horizontal coordination), dialectics of global and local dimensions, priority of national interests, effectiveness, uniqueness, resource availability, sustainable development. The paper presents the results of the theoretical analysis of glocalization concept implementation in the innovation sphere, which showed that regional innovation policy formation in an era of glocalization is based on the concept of complementary combination of the glocal components of innovative development of the regions, namely: local, which is expressed through the effectiveness of innovation activity in a region, global (effectiveness of international cooperation in the innovation sphere) and regulating institutions. Regional innovation systems determined as a conceptual basis of regional innovation policy and global-local interactions. The importance of social capital for innovation development and practical implementation of glocalization concept is revealed. The research empirically confirms and theoretically proves that glocal innovative development of regions, although aimed at overcoming the disproportions of socio-economic levels, but at the expense of other instruments – that is the mobilization of its own reserves in accordance with an independently developed program of action. The research is relevant for Ukraine and other countries with powerful innovation potential in the aspect of building an effective national innovation system.

    Mechanisms to ensure the development of the economy of the future in the context of global change

    The formation of effective mechanisms of development of the economy of the future has a number of barriers on its way, one of the most significant of which is the high degree of uncertainty of the modern economic and political environment, globalization processes, as well as the aggravation of crisis phenomena. Therefore, effective mechanisms of development of the economy of the future should, on the one hand, be in line with current global trends (such as the concept of sustainable development, digital transformation of the economy, business support), and, on the other hand, be as adaptable and flexible as possible in relation to unpredictable changes. The purpose of the study is to identify the main directions of the formation of mechanisms to ensure the development of the future of the economy, taking into account the impact of global economic changes and challenges. During the study, the following scientific methods were used: analysis and synthesis, economic and statistical analysis, graphical methods, the method of logical generalization. As a result of the study, the degree of achievement of sustainable development goals by Ukraine was determined, in particular, it was noted, the degree of fulfillment of which of them is closer to the desired values. The innovative development of Ukraine was characterized through the study of the values of the Global Innovation Index of Ukraine, as well as the percentage of Internet users in the country compared to the European Union. The main advantages of Ukraine in further development of innovations, as well as obstacles to such development, were established. Characterized the importance of small and medium-sized businesses for the economy, ensuring the level of employment, innovation development, and noted their adaptive potential under the changing conditions of the operating environment, in particular in times of martial law and military aggression of the neighboring country

    Socially responsible management and good practice

    The relevance of the study is due to the need for a detailed research of the impact of socially responsible management and good practice on the performance of small, medium and large enterprises. In this regard, this article aims to identify the relationship between socially responsible management, good practice and economic growth of enterprises; the purpose of this study is to analyse and assess the impact of socially responsible management and good practice on various performance indicators of enterprises. Achieving this purpose requires solving a number of tasks, the content of which reflects the sequence of research stages: to study the theoretical and methodological aspects of the impact of socially responsible management and good practice on performance indicators of enterprises; to analyse the main world trends in the application of socially responsible management and good practice; to study the experience of advanced countries in the implementation of socially responsible management; to develop methodological approaches to assessing the impact of socially responsible management and good practice on the performance of enterprises; to develop a set of proposals for attracting socially responsible management methods for government bodies. The leading method to study this problem is the method of systems analysis which was used to study the idea of socially responsible management as a complex multicomponent structure that should be involved and operate in an unstable political and economic situation. The process of writing this article also involved such research methods as the method of logical analysis, comparative analysis, methods of synthesis and deduction, the method of classification, the method of surveying respondents. The article presents the results of the study in tables and figures that reflect the levels of application of socially responsible management methods, their impact and advantages; internal and external stakeholders in the company's activities; components of balanced socially responsible management; survey results of respondents. The article materials are of practical value for entrepreneurs, managers, teachers and students in the field of management and human relations.

    The fourth industrial revolution and strategic regularities of management and competitiveness improvement of economic entities

    A virtual intellectual economy is being formed due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The main characteristics of this economy are the virtualization of the whole social and economic life, an increase in the share of intellectual spheres of economic management in the real economy, intellectualization of mainly non-intellectual spheres of economic management. The development of the virtual-intellectual economy transforms the management of socio-economic systems and, first of all, of economic entities. New regularities of enterprise management emerge acceleration of the impact of the subject of activity on the object of activity, the impact of the subject of management activity on the object of management activity and event-driven management densification.
