Improving the efficiency of functional mechatronic modules for dosing liquid food products is an urgent problem in the modern food industry. Existing solutions, although providing tightness and ease of operation, have limitations in regulating flow characteristics, which leads to the formation of product residues and reduced production efficiency.
This research is aimed at developing and implementing new approaches to controlling the flow of liquid food products in mechatronic modules to ensure continuous and accurate dosing. The proposed solutions will optimise production processes, reduce product losses and increase the overall efficiency of food processing companies.
