    Biotechnological process of methane fermentation in manufacturing farms

    The study of biotechnological treatment of manure effluents has shown the prospects for the use of methane fermentation. After all, this is accompanied by a significant reduction in the concentration of pollutants and the formation of large amounts of biogas. Moreover, biogas contains a significant amount of methane. This allows it to be used as an alternative fuel. The influence of dry matter concentration in the culture fluid on the duration of adaptation of anaerobic activated sludge, fermentation duration and purification effect was studied. Дослідження процесів біотехнологічного очищення гнойових стоків показало перспективність використання метанової ферментації. Адже це супроводжується значним зменшенням концентрації забруднювальних речовин та утворенням великої кількості біогазу. Причому біогаз містить значну кількість метану. Це дає змогу використовувати його як альтернативний вид палива. Досліджено вплив концентрації сухих речовин у культуральній рідині на тривалість адаптації анаеробного активованого мулу, час бродіння та ефект очищення.

    Useful properties of active sludge in the biotechnological method of methane fermentation

    The use of methane fermentation to dispose of highly concentrated manure effluents from livestock farms is an environmentally and cost-effective technology. Finally, this technology makes it possible to completely dispose of waste, obtain a significant amount of biogas with a high methane content, as well as fermented mass, which is a high-quality, high-quality fertilizer for agriculture due to the high content of biologically active substances (B vitamins). Використання метанового бродіння для утилізації висококонцентрованих стоків гною з тваринницьких ферм є екологічно та економічно вигідною технологією. Зрештою, ця технологія дає змогу повністю утилізувати відходи, отримувати значну кількість біогазу з високим вмістом метану, а також ферментовану масу, яка є високоякісним, якісним добривом для агрокультури завдяки високому вмісту біологічно активних речовин (вітамінів групи В).

    Cleaning of concentrated wastewater production of lemonic acid

    The description of water consumption in the production of citric acid. The main indicators of wastewater are described and the use of methane fermentation is recommended for their purification. Studies have shown the possibility of obtaining a significant amount of biogas (9 dm3/ dm3), which is characterized by high methane content (up to 80 %).

    Cleaning wastewater of animal complexes

    The description of wastewater generated at livestock complexes is given. Due to the high concentration of pollutants, it is advisable to use methane fermentation. The process temperature is 45 ° C. Studies have shown the possibility of producing a significant amount of biogas characterized by high methane content (up to 80%). Active sludge contains B vitamins, other biologically active substances, which makes it possible to use it as a feed additive or fertilizer.

    Sewage treatment of wineries

    The characteristics of winemaking sewage are given. The basic methods of their purification are characterized: mechanical, physical and chemical. The advantages of using anaerobic-aerobic technologies are given, which will allow to increase the efficiency of the process by using biogas as an alternative type of fuel.
