    Use of methods of tensor analysis in the evaporator plant operating system

    The issues of the relevance of conduction of research in the areas of analysis and synthesis of evaporator plant operating systems were disclosed; the need of taking into account the peculiarity and interconnection of mass and energy flows of the entire sugar refinery was put forward. This explains the need for new methods of integrating the operating system so that, on the one hand, the evaporator plant operating system is an integral part of the whole system of the sugar refinery management. But at the same time, it shall be flexible and shall not require significant changes in the correction of processes or updating of automation equipment. The article presents a method for using the mathematical apparatus of tensor analysis for determining the nature of the change of the signal of the discrepancy and the formation of the control signal.

    Features of Control Processes in Organizational-Technical (Technological) Systems of Continuous Type

    Technological complexes of various industries are characterized by certain modes of operation (techno-logical regulations), which correspond to the set of vari-ables of different nature, which have a high-dynamics of change and determine the main technical and economic performance of the object. The aim of the research is to identify information software approaches to support decision-making in organizational-technical (techno-logical) systems. Research results are obtained through grouping, generalization and comparison methods. The scientific significance of the results are to determine the objective need to use intelligent decision support subsys-tems to quickly manage complex organizational-tech-nical systems based on both: clear and formalized data and knowledge and high-quality fuzzy estimates.

    Automation of Evaporation Plants Using Energy-Saving Technologies

    The article deals with methods and ways of energy saving automatic control of sugar factory evaporators based on modern control theory, including a number of approaches that can provide both basic tasks of finished-product output and saving of energy and material resources. A great importance of an evaporator plant is admitted not only in a technological complex, but also in a heating complex of a sugar factory as a supplier of secondary steam for other subsystems of technological complex, such as vacuum devices and various heaters, to ensure their proper functioning.

    Development of the Algorithm of Determining the State of Evaporation Station Using Neural Networks

    For the rational use of thermal resources with the help of optimal control of evaporation station at a sugar factory, it is necessary to carry out the operation control of the states of evaporation station, which is determined based on the current assessments of technological parameters such as levels and temperature in cases of a station, juice and syrup consumption, thermophysical characteristics of vapor as well as the level of its consumption by technological plants of the factory. The algorithm of determining the state of evaporation station as a control object based on intelligent methods of clustering and classification was developed. The applied method of clustering based on the Kohonen self-organizing maps allowed defining a set of possible states of the object on the basis on information hidden in time series of technological parameters of evaporation stations. The application of the method of fuzzy classification allowed determining the state of evaporation station in the current moment based on the values of current parameters of evaporation station and the obtained set of possible states of an object. The developed algorithm of determining the state of evaporation station as a control object is expedient to use in automated control systems with the purpose of operational determining the state of control object in order to make timely decisions on optimal control of evaporation station.

    Non-linear recurrent analysis of the behavior of a complex technological object

    For the efficient management of a technological complex of a sugar plant, based on the synthesis of synergetic managing strategies, it is necessary to perform a number of experimental studied by methods of nonlinear dynamics. The applied method is built on such a property of a complex system as recurrence. This method of analysis is based on the representation of the properties of a complex object of management in the form of geometric space-time structures and their quantitative assessments. It, accordingly, makes it possible to carry out a prompt analysis of its behavior for making resource saving management decisions. When creating information management systems of complex objects there is always a task of assessing their state. This is caused by a continuous change in both the external environment and the object’s parameters, which is relevant for a technological complex of a sugar plant. It was established that the character of the processes that occur in the technological complex of a sugar plant is predetermined by the intermittency in behavior while it is also subject to laws of the theory of dynamic chaos. Chaotic behavior of technological objects was explored by the methods of nonlinear dynamics, which allowed us to determine qualitative and quantitative assessment of deterministic chaos. This, in its turn, makes it possible to develop of efficient systems of synergetic management that ensure maximal use of own resources of the object of management owing to the phenomena of self-organization. Для ефективного керування технологічним комплексом цукрового заводу на основі синте- зу синергетичних керуючих стратегій необхід- но встановити наявність явищ самоорганізації. Рекурентний аналіз проводився на представлен- ні властивостей складного об'єкта керування у вигляді геометричних просторово-часових струк- тур. Визначені кількісні оцінки детермінованості, стохастичності та хаотичності в поведінці технологічних процесів цукрового виробництва дозволили організувати ресурсоощадні керуючі дії.

    Features of temperature regulation as a task for assortment of bread baking

    Factors which have strongest effect on baking temperature in oven with circulation of heating gas have been found. Estimate of moisture which is obtained from vapor of dough surface and spreading via recycling composite of heating gas. Different parts of mathematical equation dependent on the condition control point and environment in baking zone. So our recommendation may help the engineer who will be developing a system of controlling baking, guiding the way that heat flow will be adequate to determine the order of baking zones for ordered assortment.

    Use of optimal controllers for multidimensional technological objects

    We study multidimensional optimal controllers for technological objects on an example of a subsystem of controlling temperature of juice-shaving mixture in an oblique diffusive plant of sugar production. On the basis of computer simulation we determine conditions, advantages and disadvantages of each of the systems with different controllers for the given object. Variants of implementation of some algorithms on modern technical automation means are given.

An approaches to the development of automated control systems of biotech complexes that operate in conditions of uncertainty are given.
