Анотація
An integrated approach to the implementation of information
technology in the hospitality industry: includes the automation of business – processes inside the hotel, and the information about the hotel activity is accumulated and stored in a database on one or more server machines; involves the development of the internal information system to automate business processes via the Internet, which connects the hotel internal information system with its external partners; combining the internal and Internet systems in common
business environment, which integrates all internal hotel services and provides response to any request from the outside through the methods of electronic data interchange.
