Теоретичні основи правового регулювання в харчовій промисловості

Abstract

Регулювання інвестиційної діяльності є складовою частиною державного регулювання економіки, одним із найважливіших інструментів державної підтримки інвестиційної діяльності та інструментом реалізації інвестиційної політики держави. Державі як загалом у всьому господарському комплексі, так і окремо в харчовій галузі, ще не вдалося сформувати ефективний організаційно-економічний механізм інвестиційного регулювання, а діючий неповною мірою відповідає сучасним вимогам. Важливість цієї проблематики для національної економіки підсилюється також і активізацією інтеграційних і глобалізаційних процесів у світі, що вимагає подальших міждисциплінарних досліджень. У цьому контексті сучасний стан і перспективи розвитку інвестиційної сфери в Україні необхідно розглядати крізь призму законодавчого забезпечення її функціонування. Regulation of the investment activities is part of the state regulation of the economy, one of the most important instruments of state support of investment activity and the tool to implement the investment policy. Modern state in the whole economic complex, and particularly in the food industry, has not managed to form effective organizational and economic mechanism of investment regulation, as implemented actions does not fully meet modern requirements. The importance of this issue for the national economy is increasing as intensifies integration and globalization in the world that requires further interdisciplinary researches. In this context, modern prospects of development of investment sector in Ukraine should be considered in the view of legislative support of it’s operations. Other options for evolution of events beyond the legal strategy of the regulation of investment activities in the food industry and in a whole national industry will not be acceptable. They will excess administrative efforts, resources and time. In the present situation it may not be allowed due to the rapid accumulation of national economic growth and financial capacity.
